Whatever your desired activity, you can likely find it in magical Ogden Valley.
For summer fun on the water, Pineview reservoir allows motorized vessels for skiing, wakeboarding/surfing, pontoon boating, jet skiing, and more. For quieter ventures like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and swimming, Pineview and nearby Causey reservoirs offer quiet coves. River rafting is just a short drive away.
On the trails you'll find hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding through verdant forests and blankets of wildflowers. Wolf Creek Golf Course is just across the lake. Or for something more unusual,
try via ferrata, or hot air ballooning. The list never ends!
Summer
Downhill skiing at Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, or Nordic Valley resorts is just the beginning!
The Valley also offers cross country ski trails, ice skating in downtown Huntsville, snowshoeing across the lake by moonlight, ice fishing on Pineview or Causey reservoir, snowmobiling, skijoring (skiing through an obstacle course while towed by a horse!), hiking, snow cycling, soaking in the hot springs, or simply gazing out the window at the ever-changing, spectacular beauty of the mountains.
